We are just two people who love creating cozy, handcrafted things inspired by games like Stardew Valley. Since every item is packed by hand, we do our best to make sure everything arrives just right. But we totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns as simple as possible.
✅ What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- In original condition (unused and unopened)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
💸 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can email you a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your total refund. Please make sure to contact us first. Returns sent back without a heads-up may not be accepted.
🚫 Final Sale Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Any items marked Final Sale
🛠️ If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
Mistakes happen! If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send us a message with a photo at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it.
📦 Changed Your Mind but Haven’t Opened It?
If your order is still sealed and you decide you don’t want it, you can refuse the package when it arrives. Just let us know so we’re ready to issue your refund once it returns to us.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, feel free to return the item and place a new order.
💳 Refund Timing
